RETURNS

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The return must be received by ORIGINAL GRINDERS within 30 days of purchase date.
  • The returned item must be unworn and in new condition.
  • A tracking number is required for all returned items.
  • All special bundles for Black Friday and Cyber Monday are Final Sale.

    REFUNDS

    After receiving the returned item ORIGINAL GRINDERS will credit the customer's account for the original purchase price minus shipping costs. ORIGINAL GRINDERS will not re-ship any order that is not received by purchaser without proof of non-delivery. ORIGINAL GRINDERS will not re-ship any order because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete.

    EXCHANGES

    To exchange an item the customer must first return the unwanted item according to the return method listed below. A refund will then be credited to the customer's account and the customer must place a new order.

    RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

    Please mail item along with invoice number and reason for return to:

    Once ORIGINAL GRINDERS receives the return merchandise we will review the customer’s invoice/reason for return and process within 5 business days. Please send an email to orders@originalgrinders.com with any questions regarding returns. Thank you.
